Assessments
Selecting the right candidate for a position is crucial to job performance and retention, and assessments should be an integral part of your candidate selection process. This is true whether you’re selecting external or internal candidates.
Assessments are also a key component in identifying skills gaps prior to placing employees into a training program. Valuable man-hours and resources are wasted when employees attend training they don’t need or do not have the prerequisites required to be successful in the training.

The ACT National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®) is a portable, evidence-based credential that certifies the essential skills for workplace success. Measures skills in observing, following, understanding, and evaluating processes, demonstrations, and other workplace procedures.
Measures an individual's interests and values and matches them to the work environment.
Helps employers find and develop employees by measuring work-related attitudes and behaviors.
