Ayana Al-Shams Churchill, MOS, CAPChief Operating Officer
John C. ChurchillOperations Manager
Gabrielle Brookswith the Corporate & Continuing Education Department at Southwest Tennessee Community College, where she gained experience in the various aspects of developing, implementing and managing training programs for major companies in Memphis. Ayana’s experience also includes teaching basic computer skills and software applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Through her 10+ years of managing training programs, Ms. Churchill has assembled a network of highly skilled subject-matter expert trainers who she utilizes for teaching as well as customized training development for clients. Typically, TechEd2Go’s talent pool includes individuals with experience in their field of expertise and/or background in training at the corporate level with Fortune 500 companies.
From there, John moved into the higher education arena and became the Executive Director of Workforce Development, Corporate Training & Continuing Education for Southwest Tennessee Community College. He also served as the Vice President of Business Services for the Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce (GMACW).
As the Chief Operations Officer with Technology Education to Go, LLC, John builds partnerships with local K12 school districts, non-profit organizations and businesses to assist the emerging workforce in finding an education pathway to a livable wage career. He is also working with local companies to improve their work culture and increase employee skills.
with an honors degree in Political Science and minor in German, Gabrielle speaks fluent German.
She has 5+ years of experience working with nonprofits to improve accessibility in the underserved neighborhoods in Memphis. Prior to joining our team, Gabrielle worked at Agricenter International where her focus was assisting with the modification of their educational programs to match current school curricula and state standards. Through this modification, the resulting programs enhanced student participants’ understanding of, and ability to grasp AgTech-related concepts while receiving an introduction to environmental education and AgTech fields.
Gabrielle takes great pride in her community and volunteers with several local non-profits. She uses her creative skills as a part of The Collective, a non-profit dedicated to the advocacy of Black Art(ist)s in Memphis.
